I began my music education at the age of 5 in Malaysia, my country of origin. I received classical training from a young age, and later studied contemporary music at university, where I earned a Bachelor of Contemporary Music (Hons.) back in 2009. 

     I was the runner-up (Jazz/pop category) in the Roland Music Festival competition that took place in 2009. I embarked on my teaching journey immediately afterward. I conduct lessons at various music centers as well as privately, includes prominent music companies like Roland and Yamaha. I have provided instruction in piano, music theory, composition, and arrangement. I am proficient in pop, jazz, classical, and Latin music.

   In addition to my teaching experience, I have been active in the field of performance. I’ve performed as a pianist and singer at bars, lounges, clubs, as well as at weddings and events. My performances also extend to, hotels, resorts, and various cruise lines including the renowned Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines.

   In 2018, I moved to New Zealand to further my professional development.
